Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Doctor G Solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, where applicable.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Certain products may not be eligible for return for health, hygiene, or safety reasons once opened or used. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sonny@beaumarche.com with your order number and a description of the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us, as we may be unable to process an unapproved return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective or damaged item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.
